Who we are
Fleurieu Digital (ABN 65 627 968 536) is a web design business based on the Fleurieu Peninsula, South Australia. We also run Fleurieu Local, a free local guide and magazine. You can contact us at contact@fleurieudigital.com or on 0474 423 165.
What we collect
Website enquiries. When you send an enquiry, we collect your name, business name, email, current website (if you share it), what you need help with, and your message.
Fleurieu Local magazine. When you sign up to receive the magazine, we collect your email address and, if you give it, your first name.
Fleurieu Local launch. When a business registers interest, we collect your name, business name, town, email, phone (optional), whether you'd like to be listed or host a display, and your message.
Tap-to-explore displays. Tapping or scanning a Fleurieu Local display simply opens the guide in your browser. We don't collect any personal details from the tap.
We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't identify you personally. Our sign-up pop-up remembers on your device that you've already seen it, so it doesn't keep appearing.
How we use it
We use enquiry and launch details to reply to you, prepare a quote or listing, and work with you if you become a client or partner.
We use magazine sign-ups only to send you Fleurieu Local and related local news. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time. We never sell your information or add you to a mailing list without asking.
Who we share it with
Enquiries are delivered to our inbox by our form service (Web3Forms). Magazine sign-ups are stored and sent by our email service (MailerLite). Our website is hosted by Cloudflare. These services process data only to provide their service to us, and some may store data outside Australia. We don't share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it.
If your business is listed in Fleurieu Local, the profile details you give us for publishing (such as your business name, description, photos and links) are shown publicly in the guide.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and for our business records, then delete them. Client records are kept as required by Australian tax law. Magazine subscribers stay on our list until they unsubscribe.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Just email contact@fleurieudigital.com. To stop receiving the magazine, use the unsubscribe link in any email.
